And it shouldn’t mean missing out on all the fun and happiness of childhood. That’s why since 1988 Starlight has helped sick kids simply be kids. Starlight is serious about fun because research shows that happiness and health go hand-in-hand. So Starlight delivers a healthy dose of happiness to help boost sick kid’s health and well-being. Their unique programs are the result of extensive research to meet the specific needs of seriously ill children and teenagers.
 
Every day this Christmas period, over 400 seriously ill children will be admitted to hospitals across Australia. Especially at this time of year, those children need your support. You can purchase a gift for a seriously ill child by donating online. Simply giving will arrange for toys to be delivered to Starlight to give to children in hospital, bringing a smile to their faces when they need it most. Starlight receives no government funding so every dollar helps!
